Total Protection Package

This package includes CellGuard®, a digital cellular back-up technology that enables your home security system to communicate with ADT's monitoring centers. This option is best for customers who do not have a landline phone. It also helps provide protection if your home telephone service is disrupted due to fallen lines, storms, construction or burglars cutting lines from the outside. What is 2-way Voice?

Two-way Voice is a convenient, hands-free feature that allows you to communicate directly with an ADT monitoring center dispatcher from almost anywhere in your home. The control panel acts as an intercom, allowing the dispatcher to verify an emergency in your home, even if you're injured and can't get to the control panel. The microphone in your control panel can generally detect a normal talking voice up to 75 feet away.

Cameras and Video Surveillance

Protect your family and home using video surveillance. Peace of mind comes from knowing there are cameras strategically placed around the interior of your home. With ADT Safewatch® VideoView® home security camera systems, you can watch the video feed through their Pulse Portal on your computer, smartphone or tablet. Video feed is not monitored by ADT.
