Essentials Package
This package provides peace of mind through the use of a standard landline telephone. The landline telephone transmits signals directly to ADT in the event of an emergency. This system has an affordable price and is easy to use for both children and adults.

Total Protection Package
This package includes CellGuard®, a digital cellular back-up technology that enables your home security system to communicate with ADT's monitoring centers. This option is best for customers who do not have a landline phone. It also helps provide protection if your home telephone service is disrupted due to fallen lines, storms, construction or burglars cutting lines from the outside. ADT’s monitoring centers connect directly with your home through cellular communications, eliminating these issues.
Premium Protection Package
This package includes ADT Pulse, a high-tech feature that provides access to your home security system from any web or mobile device. Alerts are received by email or text message when the security system goes off, or if the keypad is activated when you aren’t home. An event history is also included to track the day and time in the event the alarm is sounded.
What is 2-way Voice?
Two-way Voice is a convenient, hands-free feature that allows you to communicate directly with an ADT monitoring center dispatcher from almost anywhere in your home. The control panel acts as an intercom, allowing the dispatcher to verify an emergency in your home, even if you're injured and can't get to the control panel. The microphone in your control panel can generally detect a normal talking voice up to 75 feet away.
